Your daily activities at work would be:
You will keep purchase and sales accounts in "Rivile";
You will manage bank transactions, cash and advance accounting;
You will keep inventory accounting and reconcile balances with what is actually in stock;
You will manage the flow of primary documents - their collection, verification, request and archiving of missing documents;
You will reconcile debts of buyers and suppliers;
You will prepare data for payroll and declarations - they are reviewed and submitted by the chief accountant;
You will help close the month and prepare annual reporting;
You will communicate with suppliers and colleagues regarding documents - part of the work is to remind people that paper is also important;
You will not need to manage GPAIS and waste accounting - an external company takes care of that.

Important abilities and skills:
Required:
At least 1 year of accounting work experience or accounting education and real practice;
Experience with the accounting program "Rivile" - "Rivile ERP" can be learned if you have good accounting basics;
Basic Excel skills;
A neat and responsible approach to documents and meeting deadlines;
The ability to ask questions and seek solutions when there are uncertainties - this is considered a strength, not a weakness.
Valued:
Experience in inventory accounting;
Experience in a trading or manufacturing company where warehouse accounting is performed;
Knowledge of import and European Union transaction accounting and documents;
Knowledge of English - part of the accounting documents are in English;
The desire to grow professionally and take on more responsibility - there is an opportunity to grow to the position of senior accountant.

1300-1700 EUR salary per month in hand (2047-2810 EUR before taxes). The salary is reviewed as the workload and independence grow;
