Nature of work:
The company operates 4 retail stores in Lithuania. The accountant communicates daily with the departments that keep the primary accounting of sales and purchases. Almost all documents are electronic, all signatures/approvals are made online through the system, settlements with the bank are carried out automatically with one click of a button, purchases of goods are centralized. We are constantly looking for ways to make it even more efficient and convenient.
Main responsibilities:

- Organization, coordination and control of the company's accounting;
- Full management of accounting processes: control of purchase and sales documents in departments, bank operations and their accounting;
- Fuel, property accounting;
- Preparation and submission of tax, financial and statistical reports to state institutions;
- Accounting for wages and working hours;
- All company clerical work;
- Internal accounting of the subsidiary in Latvia and cooperation with an external accounting company that prepares and submits documents to Latvian state institutions;
- Other tasks related to the company's financial management and accounting processes.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience with the accounting program Rivilė GAMA;
- You have a higher or higher education in the field of accounting, finance or economics;
- You are well versed in the legal acts regulating Lithuanian accounting;
- You write well in Lithuanian, you are able to prepare documents clearly;
- You are conscientious, accurate, responsible, meticulous, demanding of yourself and others, you are able to work in a team;
- If you have work experience in retail companies - a great advantage.
