RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform payroll accounting and ensure its accuracy, timeliness and compliance with legal acts;
- Administer and control working time accounting data, vacations, incapacity for work, business trips, additional payments and other DU-related information;
- Prepare and submit necessary declarations, reports and information to Sodra, STI and other institutions;
- Consult employees and colleagues on issues of payroll, taxes and working time accounting;
- Follow changes in legal acts, assess their impact on organizational processes and ensure their timely implementation;
- Analyze existing payroll processes, identify inefficient or manual areas and initiate their improvement;
- Develop and implement new tools, automations, reports and control mechanisms that would reduce the volume of manual work and the likelihood of errors;
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to implement systemic and process changes.
Working hours: 08.00-17.00, Monday - Friday.
Work location: Dovainonių village (near Rumšiškės).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of payroll accounting;
- You have experience in developing data processing/analysis tools, implementing and developing payroll accounting systems and processes;
- You have good knowledge of payroll accounting, working time accounting, taxes and related legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- You are able to independently manage the payroll accounting process and ensure data accuracy;
- You work well with Excel and are not afraid of large amounts of data;
- You have analytical thinking – you notice not only the error, but also its cause and a possible solution;
- You are interested in finding ways to make the process better, and not just continue it as it has been done so far;
- You are proactive, independent and able to turn your ideas into concrete solutions;
- You are able to collaborate with different teams and clearly communicate complex payroll issues.
