Do you have experience in payroll calculation and want to continue growing in the accounting field? We invite you to join the Vilnika finance team! We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who values numerical accuracy, enjoys learning and looking for ways to make daily work easier and more efficient.

Your responsibilities:

  • Calculate employees' wages and related taxes.
  • Prepare and submit wage-related reports and declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate and Social Insurance Institution.
  • Cooperate with the Human Resources Department and department heads, adjusting the data necessary for calculating wages.
  • Keep inventory records, prepare write-off documents and process inventory data.
  • Manage VAT invoice registers in i.SAF, prepare statistical reports.
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and more efficient use of accounting systems.

We hope you?

  • You have practical experience in calculating wages. Years of experience are not necessary - the basics and a desire to deepen your knowledge are important.
  • You know the basic principles of payroll accounting and taxation.
  • You have an education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field.
  • You are able to work with MS Excel and accounting programs.
  • You are diligent, responsible, meet deadlines and protect confidential information.
  • You are eager to learn, are interested in new work tools and suggest what can be improved.
  • You are able to collaborate, ask questions and share information with colleagues.
