Nature of work
- Calculation of wages and related benefits in accordance with applicable laws
- Filling, checking and administering timesheets
- Preparation and administration of personnel documents (admissions, dismissals, vacations, bonuses, etc.)
- Submission of reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, Statistics Latvia and other institutions
- Providing consultations to employees on wage and personnel issues
- Participation in process improvement and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Employee requirements
Work experience in payroll calculation – at least 1 year;
Higher or higher education (in accounting, economics or finance);
Knowledge of the Lithuanian and EU legal acts regulating finances and company activities;
Practical accounting and tax knowledge;
Experience in keeping accounts in a manufacturing company; Good computer skills;
Experience in working with the accounting program Rivilė;
Analytical thinking, organization, responsibility and diligence, ability to make decisions and assume responsibility, communication skills, time planning, innovation.
