Accountant (Payroll)

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team of 7 colleagues. Here, using automated processes, you will take care of payroll calculation for large groups of employees (100+) and ensure that daily work runs smoothly and efficiently.

What will your working day look like?

• I calculate wages according to the contractual, piecework and hourly wage principles, after summing up working time accounting.
• I calculate wages-related taxes.
• You will prepare and submit wage-related reports and declarations to the State Tax Service, Social Insurance Institution, Statistics Estonia, audit firms, foreign inspections and disputes.
• You will provide consultations to employees on wage issues through the company system and prepare related certificates.
• You will register wage costs.
• You will perform other tasks related to wage calculation.

What do we expect from you?

• 2+ years of work experience in the field of payroll. Experience working with large groups of employees (100+) is a big advantage.
• Work experience with cumulative time accounting or experience in calculating wages in the transport sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and payroll.
• Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, openness to innovations.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English is an advantage.
• Education in the field of accounting, finance or economics.
• Strong computer skills, successful experience using MS Excel. (Work experience with Bonus Labbis is an advantage).

• Monthly salary (gross): From €2,300 to €2,900. The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
