Job description:
WE INVITE ACCOUNTANTS TO JOIN THE TEAM IN KLAIPĖDA!
YOUR TASK:
- I calculate wages according to the contractual, unit and hourly wage principles, after summing up the accounting of working time.
- I calculate taxes related to wages.
- Calculation of wages, daily allowances and other benefits related to employment;
- Accounting for wages of seconded employees;
- Calculation and declaration of GPM, social insurance contributions and other taxes related to wages;
- Preparation of reports and certificates for Lithuanian and foreign institutions;
- Preparation of certificates for employees;
- Other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.
Skills required for the job:
- 3 years of experience working with payroll, daily allowances, other benefits of posted employees (especially the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden);
- Experience working with the Rivilė accounting program;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, tax calculation and payment;
- Rivilė (or any other accounting program);
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- English language skills (B2);
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to work independently and in a team.
