Accountant (Family Office clients)

FO Consulting Group is a legal and financial services group that provides comprehensive solutions to the needs of private clients, entrepreneurs and multinational corporate groups. We advise on legal, tax, accounting, financial management and investment issues, help implement business and investment projects and ensure effective asset management.

We are currently recruiting an accountant to join our team in Vilnius to work with Family Office clients. In this position, you will work with private clients, holding companies and investment structures in an international environment and contribute to the provision of high-quality accounting and financial services.

Independently manage the accounting of holding and investment companies;

Ensure accounting in accordance with the requirements of Lithuanian legislation and accounting standards;

Prepare financial statements, tax returns and other mandatory documents;

Prepare sets of annual financial statements and annual corporate tax returns;

Calculate taxes and plan their payments;

Prepare budgets, monitor cash flows and organize payments;

Manage accounting and financial reporting of private clients, holding companies and investment structures;

Analyze and improve accounting processes;

Maintain contact with clients and advise them on accounting issues;

Cooperate with tax and legal specialists;

Contribute to improving the quality of internal processes and services.

You have a higher education in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or a similar field;

You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting;

You are well versed in Lithuanian business accounting standards, tax system and financial reporting requirements;

You are fluent in Lithuanian and English;

You are able to independently plan work, solve problems and communicate effectively;

You have work experience with BSS or B1 accounting systems (advantage);

You are familiar with IFRS standards (advantage).
