ACCOUNTANT / FINANCE PARTNER

Financial Owls is a community of independent financial professionals. Here, each partner manages their own work and client portfolio, is responsible for the result, but is not left alone with complex issues.

· You will independently manage your client portfolio and the full accounting cycle - from documents to financial statements.

· I will calculate wages and taxes, prepare declarations, monthly and annual closings.

· You will communicate with clients, help them understand financial information and identify risks in a timely manner.

· If necessary, you will prepare information for audit.

· Together with the team, you will look for better processes and technological solutions and contribute to the growth of Finance Owls.

An experienced accountant who is interested not only in correctly organizing accounting, but also in understanding the client's activities, noticing risks, looking for solutions and growing as a professional.

We care not only about your experience, but also about how you think, solve problems and learn.

WE EXPECT THAT:

· have at least 3 years of full accounting experience;

· understand the accounting logic and tax system;

· be able to independently manage your work and deadlines;

· do not hide problems - analyze, look for a solution and seek help in a timely manner;

· communicate respectfully, empathetically and are able to maintain professional boundaries;

· are curious, proactive and want not only to work in the system, but also to contribute to its improvement.

· Experience in NGOs, public institutions, associations, foundations or project accounting and Rivilė is a great advantage.

Community of professionals. You don’t have to solve complex situations alone – there are colleagues nearby with whom you can discuss and learn, without microcontrol.

Freedom to work remotely. Work from where you are comfortable – the important thing is the result, quality and compliance with agreements, not being in the office.

Freedom to choose the scope of services. You can start with a client portfolio that suits you, and later increase it if you want.

Clients and infrastructure. We take care of the client portfolio, systems and general processes so that you can focus more on professional work.

Substitutionability. When you are temporarily unable to provide services, the community model allows you to agree in advance with other partners on the smooth continuity of customer service.

Cooperation based on an individual activity certificate. Indicative income: 1,600–2,500 EUR, depending on the scope of services provided and the agreed client portfolio.
