Nature of work:
- Accounting and systematization of receivables/issued documents.
- Reconciliation and settlement of receivables/payables.
- Accounting for business trips, advance payments.
- Calculation of wages and other benefits related to employment relations.
- Banking operations: preparation of payment files, reconciliation, registration of settlements.
- Assistance with accounting operations in the production module.
- Submission of declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate and Social Insurance Institution.
- Preparation and submission of statistical reports to relevant institutions.
- Preparation of receivables/issued invoice registers (iSAF).
- Participation in monthly and annual closing, audit process and performance of other functions and tasks assigned by the manager related to the duties.
- Active participation in improving and optimizing the accounting program to make your daily work tasks more efficient.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education in economics/finance/accounting or similar field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar field (experience in a manufacturing company would be a great advantage).
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the accounting of economic and financial activities of companies and the ability to effectively apply them in everyday work.
- Experience in the field of payroll accounting and knowledge of total working time accounting (a great advantage), knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating working time accounting.
- Experience in the ERP business program Rivilė would be a great advantage, good skills in working with MS Excel.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken) an advantage.
