We are a friendly and cool finance team, looking for an ambitious, reliable and team-oriented accountant to join our successful team!🌞
You will be responsible for:
- Registration of purchase invoices for goods and services (EU countries);
- Accounting of company bank operations: expenses, receipts, currency transactions;
- Administration of settlements with suppliers (EU and third countries), debt reconciliation;
- Payroll accounting and submission of related declarations;
- Filling in VAT, VIES declarations, submission of i.SAF, analysis of discrepancies and adjustments;
- Accounting for fixed assets;
- Fuel accounting;
- Submission of reports to the Department of Statistics;
- Participation in data management, automation and digitalization processes;
- Consulting employees on accounting and tax issues;
- Preparation of various internal and external reports.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
- You have at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- You are well-versed in Lithuanian and EU legislation regulating accounting and taxes, and you constantly follow changes;
- You work excellently with a computer, especially MS Excel and MS Office;
- You are attentive to details, responsible, able to work independently and in a team;
- You have good collaboration, time planning and problem-solving skills.
An advantage if you:
- You know how to work with the D365 Business Central business management system;
- You have experience working with international companies;
- You are interested in process optimization and digitalization.
