YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Registration and reconciliation of payments (banks, various payment intermediaries, analysis and processing of details).
- Reconciliation of purchase and sales data between systems in foreign group companies.
- Accounting and control of inventory balances in foreign group companies.
- General Ledger (GD) maintenance, trial balance control in foreign group companies.
- Data preparation and submission to foreign accounting companies (for VAT purposes).
- Participation in the implementation of the unified accounting system Oracle NetSuite in foreign group companies.
- Cooperation with teams and internal departments in other countries.
- Assistance to other accounting department employees with additional tasks assigned.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have an education in finance, accounting or economics.
- Understand the basics of accounting (DK, account correspondence).
- Have worked with ERP systems (an advantage).
- Have good Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations).
- Be able to work with larger amounts of data and details.
- Be meticulous, responsible, able to plan time.
- Speak English (work with foreign teams).
- Be communicative, meticulous, attentive.
- Have a strong desire to learn and improve.
