JOB CHARACTERISTICS

  • Issuing, checking and registering sales invoices, controlling customer debts.
  • Collecting and verifying Intrastat declaration data, submitting declarations.
  • Accounting and controlling settlements and bank transactions.
  • Preparing VAT declarations, submitting iSAF registers, checking and controlling discrepancies.
  • Participating in monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Preparing internal reports, reconciliation acts.
  • Participating in audit procedures, collecting and providing information, assisting the chief accountant.
  • Statistical and tax reports according to assigned areas.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • 2 -3 years of accounting experience, including knowledge of the entire process - from primary documents to the preparation of financial statements.
  • Higher/higher education in the fields of finance or accounting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory acts regulating accounting.
  • Good computer skills (experience in working with the NAVISION program is an advantage).
