Main responsibilities:

UAB "Kauno autobusai" is one of the largest and most modern public transport companies in Lithuania, consistently investing in the renewal and technological development of its transport fleet. We invite you to join our professional team as an Accountant (for an indefinite contract), responsible for the smooth organization of long-term and short-term asset management and accounting processes, settlements and primary financial documents. In this position, we value initiative and create conditions for real career growth within the company.

  • Organize, execute and control the accounting of the company's long-term and short-term assets and inventories.
  • Ensure the correct registration of primary accounting documents, verification of incoming VAT invoices, issuance and submission of data to the i.SAF system.
  • Ensure smooth management of settlements, execute payment orders and perform reconciliation and control of debtor and creditor liabilities.
  • Administer processes and work with the Sabis system.
  • Participate in inventory taking, balance reconciliation, prepare financial reports and ensure their timely submission.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • At least a higher or higher accounting education.
  • At least 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting legislation and accounting principles and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Proper knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work with number flows.
  • Advantage: ability to work with the "Labbis" program.
