In this position, you will be responsible for registering purchase invoices for goods and services related to their receipt, accounting for credit notes, and other processes related to accounting for supplier documents. Your work will help ensure accurate and smooth company accounting and efficient operation of financial processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Register purchase invoices for goods received from Lithuanian and foreign suppliers;
- Register purchase invoices for services related to the receipt of goods;
- Maintain accounting for credit notes received from suppliers;
- Manage and verify accounting information related to supplier documents, ensuring data accuracy;
- Perform supplier debt reconciliation and resolve discrepancies related to accounting data;
- Contribute to the smooth implementation of accounting processes and their improvement.

- You have work experience in accounting or bookkeeping - an advantage, but we also welcome newcomers;
- You have excellent computer skills ("Ms Office");
- You have worked with the accounting program Dynamics AX (advantage).
