Accountant

We are a growing poultry company where we value a responsible approach to work, professionalism and smooth cooperation. We are looking for an accountant who would join the financial accounting team and, together with colleagues, ensure the smooth execution of daily accounting processes.

Implementation and supervision of the full accounting cycle, working directly with the chief accountant;
Coordination of daily accounting processes and responsibility for assigned accounting areas;
Implementation of payroll accounting for the company's employees: calculation of wages, taxes, daily allowances and filling out and submitting declarations related to wages to state institutions;
Implementation of inventory and fixed asset accounting;
Participation in the closing processes of monthly and annual accounting periods and their coordination within the limits of one's responsibility;
Verification and control of accounting data - identification of discrepancies, assessment of the validity of documents;
Participation in the audit process - collection of information for auditors and state institutions;
Independent work and responsibility for the quality of assigned accounting processes and compliance with deadlines.

Education in finance, accounting or related field;
At least 2 years of accounting experience in a medium or large manufacturing company - an advantage;
Good knowledge of the full accounting cycle, including month and year closing, taxes and audit processes;
Experience in calculating employee salaries;
Ability to independently manage assigned accounting areas and work closely with the chief accountant;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Independence, diligence and responsibility for the result;
Knowledge of English - an advantage;
Experience working with Debeta and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programs - an advantage.
