You will be responsible for:

1. Accounts and payments management:
  • Maintenance and registration of primary accounting documents in the accounting system;
  • Full cycle management of purchase and sales invoices: import through the system, processing and settlement.
  • Settlement control, creation of reminders, reconciliation of debts with suppliers and customers, payment administration.
2. Tax and financial reporting processes:
  • ISAF submission and cross-checking through the State Tax Service.
  • Accounting for fixed and current assets;
  • Registration of various write-offs (fixed assets, inventories, expenses).
  • Provision of statistical reports.
3. Accounting data management:
  • Creation and maintenance of new accounting cards (goods, services, customers, assets).
  • Analysis, revision and entry of inventory data into the accounting system.
  • Participation in audits – preparation and submission of necessary data and documents.
4. Fuel accounting;
5. Other accounting-related work.

We hope you:

  • Accounting or finance education;
  • 2 years of financial accounting work experience;
  • You know how to use the Rivile accounting program;
  • Good computer skills with MS Office package;
  • Ability to plan work;
  • Characteristics such as responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both written and spoken;
  • Fluency in English and Russian (an advantage);
