What kind of work awaits you:
- Independent accounting management and control of assigned Group companies or accounting areas
- Control and analysis of the general ledger, accounting balances and main accounting areas
- Ensuring accounting and declaration of VAT, corporate income tax and other tax obligations
- Monthly, quarterly and annual closing and financial reporting processes
- Control and calculation of payroll accounting and related taxes
- Calculation and accounting of wages, daily allowances and other benefits related to employees' work abroad
- Work with the daily allowance and payroll calculation system applied to employees working abroad
- Control of data and documents related to employees' business trips and work abroad, ensuring compliance with legal acts
- Accounting and control of mutual transactions, loans and settlements between Group companies
- Communication with the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra", auditors, banks and other institutions
- Preparation of financial reports, analyses and information necessary for management
- Improvement, automation and strengthening of accounting processes
Expectations for you:
- 3-5 years of independent accounting work experience
- Higher education in finance, accounting or economics
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations
- Practical experience in VAT, corporate tax, financial accounting and reporting
- Experience in payroll accounting and calculation
- Experience in calculating daily allowances and benefits related to employees' work/business trips abroad
- Ability to analyze ledgers, identify discrepancies and make independent decisions
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems; Business Central is a big advantage
- Analytical thinking, independence and responsibility
- Good MS Excel and English language skills
- Experience in a group of companies, with mutual transactions and foreign operations is an advantage
