About the position:
We are looking for an experienced accountant who will take responsibility for the entire accounting of the company and lead a team of accounting staff.
This is an independent position for someone who is well versed in accounting and tax processes, able not only to ensure their accuracy, but also to organize the work of a team.

We will trust you:
- Full organization, control and supervision of the company's accounting;
- Organization of work of the accounting team, distribution of tasks and control of processes;
- Preparation and submission of financial and tax reports and declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions;
- Calculation of wages and administration of related taxes and declarations;
- Administration of accounting processes related to employee employment, changes in employment relationships and dismissal;
- Closing of monthly and annual accounting and preparation of financial statements;
- Ensuring compliance of accounting with applicable legal acts;
- Cooperation with management, state institutions and other partners on accounting and financial issues;
- Review of accounting processes and, where necessary, their improvement.
We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
- Have experience as a chief accountant and are independently responsible for the full accounting of the company;
- You are familiar with Lithuanian accounting, tax system and legal acts related to employment relations;
- Have practical experience working with STI, Sodra and filing declarations;
- Have experience in calculating wages and accounting for employees;
- Are able to organize the work of other people, control deadlines and take responsibility for the final result;
- Are able to work with the Rivilės Gama program.
