Nature of work:
- full payroll accounting, preparation and submission of payroll-related reports and declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, statistics, etc.;
- fuel accounting, travel sheet control and reconciliation of write-off acts;
- reconciliation and control of primary accounting documents in the "Rivile" program;
- registration of bank transactions in the accounting program;
- accounting for debts of buyers and suppliers and reconciliation of balances;
- accounting for fixed assets, business trips and advance payments;
- systematization and archiving of accounting documents;
- assistance to the chief accountant in preparing documents for audit, preparing financial and tax reports;
- periodic processing of travel and other documents in the company's branch in Plungė (as needed).
We expect from the candidate:
- at least 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting;
- experience working with the accounting program "Rivile" (required);
- education in the field of accounting, finance or economics;
- knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, necessary for performing the job functions;
- good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Office);
- ability to work with a large amount of documents and data and ensure their accuracy;
- diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to the tasks performed;
- ability to independently plan and organize your work and meet set deadlines;
- ability to clearly communicate and cooperate with colleagues and other departments of the company;
- that you will show your graduation diploma (in the field of accounting, finance, economics);
- you have a category B driver's license.
