About the position
We are looking for an independent accountant who is already an independent specialist, not only has excellent knowledge of accounting and taxes, but also wants to be part of the team, actively contribute to the development of solutions and help us work smarter and more efficiently.
This is a position for a professional for whom it is important not to "earn money", but to create: share knowledge, support the team, quickly navigate situations and boldly take responsibility.

Your responsibilities:
●Independent management of areas: Ability to independently manage assigned areas (inventory, purchasing and sales, banking operations) without constant supervision.
●Tax literacy: You will understand not only the “how” to enter an account, but also the “why” (VAT law, cost recognition).
●Partnership: You will propose and develop solutions to automate, simplify and optimize accounting processes.

What do we expect from you?
●Independence: You have at least 1-3 years of work experience, during which you have learned to independently solve standard accounting problems.
●Technological receptiveness: Excel is your friend, and new programs do not scare you. Experience working with D365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Axapta or another advanced business management system is a big advantage.
●Ambition: You do not want to spend your whole life just entering documents. You want to understand the entire financial mechanism of the company, develop solutions and raise the bar.
●Adaptability: You are able to grasp situations, make decisions and are not afraid of responsibility, without waiting for detailed instructions.
●Excellent communication skills: You communicate clearly with colleagues, management and external institutions.
●Responsibility, curiosity and receptiveness to information: You learn quickly and apply knowledge in practice.
●Openness to technology and automation: You are looking for how to be smarter, not just more.
