Nature of work
- Calculate wages;
- Prepare and formalize documents for employment, dismissal and changes in working conditions of employees, employment contracts;
- Prepare orders on personnel issues;
- Manage employee files, make timely changes to them;
- Ensure correct employee accounting (orders, certificates, working time accounting sheets)
- Submit reports to SODRA and STI.
- Prepare and ensure proper formalization of business trips;
- Organize the management, storage and archiving of personnel documents.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Expectations for the employee
- Higher or higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
- At least 2 years of work experience as an accountant in calculating wages;
- Excellent computer skills. Working experience with Rivile and BSS IT applications is a big advantage.
- Quick orientation, analytical thinking, responsibility, teamwork;
- Ability to find and use legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor law.
- Ability to effectively manage and systematize information.
