Accountant | Telematics

We are looking for an Accountant to join the Accounting Department in Vilnius.

In this position, you will have a variety of accounting work, the opportunity to apply your knowledge, gain new experience and contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.

TeltonikaTelematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for efficient fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing services, construction and other areas. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards in the telematics industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting for business trip expenses, checking and registering supporting documents in accounting;
• Administration of Revolut virtual cards and accounting for related transactions;
• Accounting for banking transactions: recording receipts and settling payments;
• Accounting and control of factoring operations;
• Accounting for debts of buyers, including foreign clients and related companies, and reconciliation of settlements;
• Performing other tasks related to accounting.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education in the field of accounting, finance, economics;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of accounting in similar work;
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate accounting, taxes and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Good skills in working with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;
• Knowledge of English (at least B1 level);
• Work experience with the accounting program Rivilė GAMA (an advantage);
• Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to solve problems independently;
• The ability to properly plan work, set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Flexibility, ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h to 16 Eur/h (~2315 Eur – 2645 Eur) before taxes, depending on your experience and expertise, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

· We specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly rate of remuneration before taxes in the employment contract.
