Accountant (fixed-term contract)

Calculation of wages, filling in and control of working time sheets.
Administration of employee hiring, dismissal, sick leave and other employment-related data and submission of documents to Sodra.
Administration of wage payments, business trips and wage-related payments.
Accounting for long-term and low-value assets, depreciation calculation, inventory and write-off.
Processing of purchase invoices, registration in accounting and issuing sales invoices.
Preparation of monthly and annual declarations and statistical reports and submission to responsible institutions.
Filling in and submitting i.SAF registers to the State Tax Inspectorate, preparation of data for audit.
Registration of bank transactions and archiving of accounting documents.
Two-year fixed-term employment contract.

Higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field.
Knowledge of accounting principles, tax and financial accounting legislation.
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting.
Ability to independently perform assigned accounting functions and prepare accounting documents.
Good computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and the MS Office program package. Experience working with Axapta and Edrana programs is an advantage.
Good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian, proficiency in English is an advantage.
