Nature of work
- Bank statement reconciliation.
- Administrative expense/VAT invoice reconciliation (~150-200 invoices/month).
- Advance settlement reconciliation.
- Coordination/payment of advance invoices.
- Registration of employee business trips, preparation and administration of related documents.
- Preparation and submission of reports to government institutions (statistics, STI, Sodra).
- Import document control.
- Preparation and submission of i.SAF registers to STI, post-submission control.
- Preparation and submission of VAT declarations to STI; performance of VAT accounting closing operations.
- Management of fixed asset accounting: reconciliation of invoices, calculation of depreciation.
- Debt reconciliations.
- Other tasks assigned by the chief financial officer.
- E-mail review and reply to emails.
- Full accounting of one small subsidiary.
Employee requirements
- Higher university or higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
- 3 years of successful work experience as an accountant, senior accountant.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, diligence and responsibility.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping programs (MS Navision would be an advantage).
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken - mandatory.
