⭐ Main responsibilities:

  • Processing/registration of primary accounting documents in the accounting system (SAP)
  • Accounting of cash transactions
  • Debt administration
  • Reconciliation of debts with suppliers and buyers, preparation of debt reports
  • Management of the buyer database
  • Accounting of advance payments of accountable persons
  • Systematization of accounting documents according to the established procedures
  • Assistance in preparing financial and tax reports and other assigned tasks

🤝 Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher/college education
  • Diligence, responsibility, logical thinking, quick orientation
  • Very good computer skills
  • Experience working with a cash register
  • Quick acquisition of new knowledge/systems, ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, correct oral and written Lithuanian, ability to communicate in English and/or Russian - an advantage
  • Positive attitude, helpfulness, teamwork
