Join our international team as an accountant. Your role at DS Smith will include the implementation and control of accounting processes, including document accounting, debt reconciliation, fixed asset and CAPEX accounting, reporting, participation in audits, month and year closing and other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.

Your responsibilities
- Receiving primary purchase (service) documents in accounting; their review and control;
- Reconciliation of debts with suppliers;
- Accounting for fixed assets;
- Accounting and control of the budget of investment tasks (CAPEX);
- Preparation of reports and their submission to the Statistics Department;
- Participation in internal and external audit processes by submitting the necessary documents;
- Substituting for colleagues when necessary (DU accounting);
- Improving accounting processes and providing proposals;
- Performing tasks related to monthly and annual closing (reconciliation of balance sheet items and internal control);
- Other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30-16:00
There are no hybrid, remote work options.
Your profile
- Higher or higher education in economics/finance/accounting or similar field;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar field;
- Knowledge of accounting, tax accounting;
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills;
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Ability to work in a team, quick orientation, analytical thinking, strong sense of responsibility.
