Nature of work
- Maintaining the company's accounting in accordance with legal acts;
- Accounting for inventories and short-term assets;
- Keeping records of purchase/sale transactions;
- Calculating and submitting payroll (including summary labor accounting) and other related benefits for payment (salaries, vacation pay, dismissals, incapacity for work);
- Preparing declarations for the State Tax Service, Social Insurance Institution, preparing reports for statistics;
- Maintaining primary accounting data and operations, supervising cash operations and controlling accountable persons;
- Other administrative work related to accounting and bookkeeping.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience working with accounting;
- Experience working with accounting programs Vikarina, Dineta;
- Computer literacy, good MS Excel skills;
- Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, accuracy;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating accounting and business accounting standards;
- Knowledge of English (an advantage).
