YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in one of our Fund Accounting teams, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of client asset management, financing, intellectual property and their fund portfolio. Specific responsibilities:
Executing day-to-day fund operations and communicating with third parties, including investors and clients;
Maintaining fund accounting records and preparing periodic fund valuations (Net Asset Value), annual financial statements and other fund-related reports;
Assisting in coordinating the annual audit;
Assisting in organizing board meetings and shareholder meetings;
Assisting in client communications.
Working in one of our Corporate Accounting teams, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of securities in a local client portfolio. Key tasks include:
Maintaining corporate accounting records and preparing periodic management reports (monthly, quarterly or annual);
Preparation of financial statements required by law (according to GAPSME/IFRS standards) and close cooperation with auditors;
Preparation of budgets and forecasts and their analysis (if necessary) and assistance in presenting them to the board;
Performing corporate tax calculations and preparing and submitting income tax returns;
Performing VAT calculations and preparing and submitting VAT returns;
Maintaining relations with tax authorities and tax consultants;
Preparing payments and supervising the process to ensure that all payment packages are executed;
Participation in board meetings and shareholder meetings and assistance in organizing them (assistance in preparing the agenda, writing minutes, etc.);
Handling daily company operations and responding to customer inquiries in order to constantly ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE
1-3 years of work experience in accounting or auditing;
A solid academic background – a degree in accounting, finance, auditing or economics;
Excellent command of English;
High IT literacy, excellent Excel and Word skills.
