We are looking for an accountant who would responsibly take care of supplier invoices and payments and become part of an international finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, make payments, issue sales invoices to group companies and clients, and perform other monthly accounting tasks. You will work with documents of companies operating in several countries. The position is suitable for someone who values accuracy, who likes order and wants to grow in an international environment.
Salary: €2,500–3,300/month excluding taxes (~€1,529–1,996 excluding taxes). The specific remuneration depends on experience and competencies.

Future responsibilities:
- Processing, verifying and making payments to suppliers in accordance with company policies and tax requirements of different countries.
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues and ensure payments are made on time.
- Reviewing employee expense reports and verifying their compliance with company policies and established rules.
- Liaising with various departments to obtain appropriate invoice and payment approvals and supporting documents.
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices to group companies and external clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required information.
- Preparing statistical and other reports, performing other monthly accounting tasks.
Expectations for a future collaborator:
- Higher (Bachelor's) education in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounts payable (AP) accounting processes.
- Knowledge of VAT requirements.
- Good skills in working with accounting / ERP systems and Excel.
- Professional knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills. - Positive, proactive and open-minded attitude, ability to work both independently and in a team.
