🎯 What will you do with us?

  • Administer purchase invoices and other accounting documents, control and reconcile liability balances.
  • Manage sales documents and ensure a smooth accounting process.
  • Prepare and submit Intrastat reports and i.SAF registers.
  • Submit annual reports on chemical substances and mixtures in the IS AIVIKS system.
  • Register inventory write-offs, monitor warehouse balances and help ensure accounting accuracy.
  • Analyze accounting processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Microsoft Business Central system and process optimization.
  • Look for ways to work faster, simpler and more efficiently using technology and automation.
  • Cooperate with the chief accountant, process team and other departments of the company.
  • Participate in projects to standardize, digitize and automate accounting processes.

🎯 What do we expect from you?

  • Have an education in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Have experience in accounting.
  • Be able to see not only individual tasks, but also the entire process.
  • Be proactive, curious and solution-oriented.

  • Be able to effectively cooperate and communicate clearly with different teams.

  • You have experience in process optimization or automation.
