We are looking for an Accountant to join the growing ICONIC21 team in Vilnius and help ensure smooth and accurate accounting processes for the company.
In this position, you will be responsible not only for daily accounting, but also for payroll, tax and period-end closing processes. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, responsibility and clear processes, and is interested in contributing to their improvement in a growing international company.

What are you going to do:
As an Accountant, you will:
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting and documentation.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and participate in the closing processes of the month and other reporting periods.
- Prepare and submit information and reports related to VAT, GPM, profit tax, social security contributions and other taxes.
- Oversee the payroll accounting process - from the employee's employment and submission of the necessary data to "Sodra" until the end of the employment relationship.
- Review the work performed by the external accounting company and make the necessary adjustments if necessary.
- Implement internal financial control procedures and oversee the accounting of fixed assets.
- Cooperate with finance teams in other countries and different divisions of the company.
What to expect:
- At least 2 years of work experience in an accountant position.
- Higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes.
- Good English language skills.
- Analytical thinking, diligence and the ability to independently solve daily issues.
- Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
- Deeper knowledge of payroll accounting, including summarized time accounting, would be an advantage.
- Experience working with Odoo or other accounting systems is an advantage.
