Accountant

Main functions:

Perform accounting and control of income and receivables.
Check reports of points of sale and control their operations.
Issue VAT invoices and register them in accounting.
Perform accounting of advances received from customers.
Perform accounting of bank transactions related to income.
Perform accounting and control of gift vouchers.
Control the execution of sales contracts, analyze payment terms and ensure timely control of settlements.
Register VAT invoices in special online systems of travel agencies.
Prepare and participate in the preparation of internal company rules and procedures related to the functions performed.
Prepare and submit established reports and explanations regarding the information provided in them.
Carry out other orders of the direct manager related to the position

Higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
Fluency in English.
Insight, diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, internal discipline and analytical thinking.
Excellent computer skills, especially in working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Very good communication and organizational skills.

Advantages:
Experience in accounting work in a restaurant, catering, entertainment organization or similar production or service company.
Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating financial accounting and taxes.
Experience in working with business management and/or accounting programs "Labbis", "Micros", "TYNGO" and "Opera".

Candidates without accounting experience will be trained.
