Nature of work
- Registration and processing of primary accounting documents (purchase, sales invoices, bank, cash transactions, etc.).
- Accounting of suppliers and buyers (reconciliation of debt balances).
- Inventory accounting (conciliation of goods balances with inventory data, inventory write-offs).
- Accounting of fixed assets and registration of related transactions.
- Personnel accounting (preparation of employment contracts, orders).
- Calculation of wages.
- Tax accounting, preparation of declarations, submission to state institutions (VMI, Sodra, State Data Agency).
- Preparation and submission of the annual balance sheet to the Center of Registers.
- Performance of other tasks related to accounting.
Employee requirements
We hope that:
- you have a university or higher accounting education, or are pursuing it,
- you work with the Navision accounting system or would be happy to learn it,
- you are able to clarify tax issues arising in the STI information,
- you are a skilled user of MS Excel and MS Word programs,
- you are attentive to details,
- you have experience in the catering services sector (would be an advantage).
- you have experience in maintaining full company accounting from primary documents to financial statements (would be an advantage).
