We are currently looking for reinforcement and invite you to join us for an Oral Hygienist, 0.8 full-time.

Nature of work:
- Perform professional oral hygiene procedures, carry out oral disease prevention and provide patients with information about proper oral care;
- Ensure high-quality and safe provision of services, comply with infection control, hygiene, employee safety and professional ethics requirements;
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals, refer patients for a doctor's consultation if necessary;
- Manage professional documentation, work with information systems used in the institution, ensure confidentiality of patient data and proper use of medical devices.
Employee requirements:
- Have a higher university or non-university education in the field of oral hygiene and a valid oral care specialist practice license;
- Know the legal acts regulating the activities of an oral hygienist, the principles of professional ethics and the limits of one's own competence;
- Have excellent command of the state language, be able to work with a computer and use Microsoft Office programs;
- Have good communication and cooperation skills, be able to communicate respectfully with patients and colleagues;
- Be able to independently organize work, analytically assess problems, prepare and manage documents.
We offer:
- Fixed-term 1-year employment contract (with the possibility of extension);
- Salary from 2635.68 EUR to 3935.68 EUR (excluding taxes), which would depend on personal and team work, the number of services provided, working at full capacity;
- The opportunity to participate in qualification improvement courses, training and other qualification improvement events periodically organized by the institution free of charge (the average salary is paid during courses and training);
- Extended annual leave (28 working days per year);
- 2 paid self-education / volunteering days and 3 wellness days per year;
- Employee events, ambassadorship program, attention to emotional health. The percentage of employees recommending the workplace to a job seeker has increased from 39 to 58 percent in two years.
