What will you do?
- Functional Documentation & Feature Definition: Draft and maintain functional and supporting documentation (e.g., U2A screens, business processes, workflows, and feature specifications) to ensure clear and comprehensive requirements for all stakeholders.
- User Stories & Requirements Management: Support senior team members in drafting user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintaining the product backlog to effectively communicate product functionality to the development team.
- U2A Validation & Testing: Support the validation and testing of U2A screens, ensuring that delivered functionality meets business requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Support the QA team (i.e., the Functional Certification Management team) in testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect analysis, and documentation.
- Sprint Planning and Kanban Ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning, Kanban ceremonies, reviews, and retrospectives, facilitating discussions and ensuring alignment on team objectives.
- Support for Test and Production Environments: Provide support to clients and users in test and production environments, responding to requests and analyzing potential issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- English proficiency: C1 level.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong Documentation Skills: Ability to independently draft functional and supporting documentation, including process descriptions, screen specifications, business requirements, and feature documentation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear user stories, requirements, and functional documentation.
- Autonomous Working Style: Ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, supported by strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) would be considered an advantage.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and software development practices would be considered an advantage.
We offer:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,160 and €4,740, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- A fixed-term employment contract until October 2029.
- Flexible working hours and location (hybrid work model).
- Opportunities for business travel once per quarter.
