Business Assistance Specialist | Operational Support Area

Your job:

• Handle purchase requisitions and ordering of office supplies, product parts, or training services (Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow)
• Manage supplier invoices, credit notes, and invoice-related queries.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings, travel documentation, and expense administration
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other required documentation
• Provide ad hoc administrative and organizational support as required

Your qualification:

• Good German and English language skills at B1-B2 level (written and spoken)
• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and openness to learning advanced features
