We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Manager (EU market)

We believe you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EU markets
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Prepare and present proposals and reports to management and clients
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives

We expect you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or project management in logistics
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Russian

We offer:

Monthly salary ranges from 3290 EUR to 4110 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
