Role Description:
Balticsofa, one of Lithuania's leading upholstered furniture manufacturers, producing high-quality Scandinavian-design furniture for international markets, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets;
- Identify and acquire new customers, markets and strategic partners;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
- Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, proposals and contract closing;
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM records and accurate sales forecasts;
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure successful onboarding;
- Track business development performance, report on KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of business development / sales experience;
- Higher education;
- Organization, efficiency, result orientation;
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
