Main Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities for prefab construction solutions in Lithuanian market;
- Identify and approach new clients, partners and construction projects;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects or other business partners;
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts;
- Coordinate customer projects together with internal engineering, production and logistics teams;
- Represent VMG Lignum at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions;
- Monitor market trends and provide insights that contribute to product and business development.
To Succeed in This Position, You Will Need:
- Experience with construction, prefab or technical B2B products;
- Understanding of property development processes and project delivery;
- Experience in project management, including timeline, risk and budget management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required;
- Willingness to travel for business.
