We are performing back office administrative processes delivering world-class service in line with SEB values. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.

About the role:
You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for providing different type of information to customers and Swedish Authorities while maintaining the highest level of service. We are performing back office administrative processes delivering world-class service in line with SEB values. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gather information about customers 'products and liabilities in a bank
- Provide different types of reports to customers and Swedish Authorities
- Opening or closing customers’ accounts
- Ensuring high-quality investigations of payments
- Collaborate with colleagues across SEB group to solve daily issues and deviations
- Participate in process automation and development initiatives
- Contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues
