UAB Santane is a rapidly growing engineering consulting company providing high value-added services in the areas of process safety, functional safety, ATEX, risk assessment, technological design, digital twins and industrial digitization.
We work with the largest Lithuanian and European industrial companies in the energy, chemical, oil, gas, food and manufacturing sectors. Our goal is to become one of the strongest process safety and engineering consulting companies in the Baltic region.
We are currently looking for an proactive person who would like to not only contribute to the implementation of projects, but also actively participate in the growth of the company.

What will you do?
Business development and sales

• search for new clients in Lithuania and abroad;
• maintain relationships with existing clients;
• organize meetings and present the company's services;
• prepare commercial offers;
• participate in negotiations;
• identify new business opportunities and market needs.

Project coordination

• you will help prepare technical proposals;
• you will coordinate the progress of projects;
• you will communicate with customers and partners;
• you will organize meetings and prepare their minutes;
• you will manage project documentation.

Engineering support
Depending on your competencies, you will contribute to:

• preparation of technological PFD and P&ID diagrams;
• HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA, FERA, BRA projects;
• ATEX documentation;
• SIL / functional safety projects;
• preparation of technical reports;
• other engineering projects.

It is not necessary to know everything from day one - the most important thing is the desire to learn.

We hope that you:

• have a higher engineering education (in chemistry, processes, mechanics, energy, automation or similar);
• are able to communicate with customers and build long-term relationships;
• know how to plan your work;
• have good English skills (written and spoken);
• are fluent in MS Office;
• are proactive, responsible and result-oriented;
• have a category B driver's license.

Advantages

• experience in process safety, technological design or industry;
• experience in using CAD, AutoCAD, Visio or other design programs;
• knowledge of additional foreign languages (Polish, Latvian, Estonian, German).

• Position: Permanent, flexible work schedule, full or part-time, hybrid/remote work.
• Salary: Depending on work experience, negotiable (from 1500 to 2150 euros per month).
• Incentives: for new clients, for successfully implemented projects.
