Business / System Analyst (WMS / Qguar WMS Pro)
The company is seeking a Business / System Analyst (WMS / Qguar WMS Pro) with an understanding of the logic behind WMS systems, particularly Qguar WMS Pro.
Key Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of key warehouse processes and their representation in the System.
Business Process Analysis:
Analysis of customer processes and their compliance with the standard functionality of the System. Preparation of analytical materials for the TSB and functionality changes.
Database Management:
Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data analysis, incident root cause detection, and system operation verification. Understanding of table structure and relationships between them.
Interfaces and Integrations:
Understanding of the logic behind the System interfaces and the principles of integration with external solutions.
Analytical Skills:
Analysis of customer inquiries, incidents, and change requests. Generating clear analytical conclusions and recommendations for the project team.
Communication Skills:
Communicating with PMs, consultants, and developers. Participating in client meetings to clarify requirements and explain the system's logic.
Quality Assurance:
Supporting change and integration testing. Verifying implementation compliance with agreed requirements and the system's technical documentation.

- Analysis of client requests for changes, improvements, and incidents.
- Database work: data analysis, troubleshooting.
- Writing SQL/PL-SQL queries.
- Analysis of table structure and data relationships.
- Analysis of the logic of business processes in the system and their display in the interface.
- Participation in the preparation of technical reports and analytical materials for the project team.
- Support for consultants and project managers in complex cases.
- Participation in the creation of technical documentation.
Requirements
Required Core Skills:
Education and Experience:
Higher education (IT, logistics, economics, or related fields). Experience as a business or systems analyst in information systems implementation projects.
Work Location: Lithuania/Poland
- Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL at the analysis and system support level.
- Understanding of database structure and WMS solution logic.
- Experience with business or systems analysis in IT projects.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail.
- Fluency in Russian (required).
- Proficiency in English at a technical level.
Education and Experience:
Higher education (IT, logistics, economics, or related fields). Experience as a business or systems analyst in information systems implementation projects.
