What will be your responsibilities?
- Administer the portfolio of existing clients (requests, letters, permits, contract amendments, consultations, etc.);
- Consult clients and help them better understand their needs and opportunities;
- Prepare disbursements and administer credit repayments;
- Help process client applications so that we can properly assess all circumstances and provide the best possible solution;
- Prepare documents for clients;
- Assist the team in daily work;
- Look for product and process improvement opportunities together with the team;
- Build relationships with clients and help ensure that clients are always satisfied.

- You have experience working with financial services;
