We are looking for a team reinforcement in the position of Housing Loan Manager! Working with the UAB "Lenders" brand .

Nature of work
- Communication with private clients by phone and e-mail on housing financing issues.
- Collection of documents and mortgage coordination with notaries.
- Negotiations with representatives of credit institutions (banks and unions) to obtain the most favorable loan offers for the client.
- Preparation and presentation of solvency analysis.
- Coordination of housing insurance with insurance intermediaries.
- Collection, analysis and presentation of housing loan offers to clients.
- Work with received requests in the CRM system.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of housing finance (required).
- You are a negotiator and courageously strive for results.
- You like to communicate and have a desire to help clients find the best solution.
- You are positive and do not give up in achieving goals.
- You are responsible and inquisitive.
- You express your thoughts fluently in Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
