Nature of work:
- Consult clients on housing financing issues and help find the most suitable financing solutions;
- Manage the customer service process from the first consultation to the loan transaction;
- Analyze clients' financial situation and assess their opportunities to obtain a housing loan;
- Prepare and administer loan applications, communicate with banks and other financial institutions;
- Work with non-standard and more complex situations related to different sources of income, foreign income, MB, holding activities, etc.;
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients, real estate brokers, developers and other partners;
- Contribute to attracting new clients, actively cooperate with real estate market partners;
- Expand and strengthen the circle of clients and partners;
- Ensure high quality customer service and professional communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of housing loans / crediting;
- Ability to independently manage the entire client crediting process - from the first consultation to the loan transaction;
- Practical experience in solving more complex and non-standard client situations - working with different sources of income, foreign income, MB, holdings, etc.;
- Higher education;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
- Independence, responsibility, flexibility and patience;
- Professional and presentable communication and orientation towards high quality customer service
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
