Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Housing Loan Business Insights Analyst to the Artea bank team, who will help you better understand housing lending trends, transform numbers into clear conclusions and help you make data-based decisions. You will be #closer every day and:

• I will cooperate with housing loan product and sales managers in order to understand their questions and answer them using data.
• Analyze mortgage loan portfolio data, customer behavior and business trends, identifying important patterns and providing recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio quality indicators, help detect early risk signals and collaborate on improving lending and customer behavior models.
• Using Power BI, you will create and maintain business indicator dashboards that help managers easily track the mortgage loan situation.
• Using SQL, you will search and merge data from the main bank systems according to agreed criteria, ensuring their accuracy.
• Prepare presentations, visualize complex analysis results and present prepared insights and conclusions to mortgage loan managers in a structured manner.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, IT or a related field.
• Experience in analyzing data and turning it into clear business insights, not just technical reports.
• Practical experience in writing SQL queries for data extraction and experience in creating visual reports in the Power BI environment.
• Ability to present analysis results in a structured, fluent manner (in Lithuanian and English) and argue your conclusions.
• Knowledge of how financial data is structured and a basic understanding of the principles of credit risk assessment.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to understand the overall business context.
