We are looking for a Housing Project Manager who would not only manage projects, but also be closest to the client, make decisions here and now and ensure the highest standard of service. In this position, you will be responsible for the formation of project scope, control of budgets and deadlines, coordination of the team and contractors and implementation of financial goals. We value a leader who is able to act promptly, communicate clearly and take responsibility for the created result.

This is an active, dynamic and decision-making role, in which a large part of the time will be spent working on objects.

Nature of work:

  • active communication with clients: organizing meetings, coordinating decisions, managing expectations and promptly resolving escalations;
  • regular site visits, assessing the situation and being able to see the entire “big picture” of the project;
  • planning and managing projects and larger works: scoping, controlling budgets and deadlines, coordinating contractors;
  • preparing solutions and clearly presenting them to the client: what we are doing, why, how much it will cost and when it will be implemented;
  • ensuring the interests of the client and the company at each stage of the project;
  • implementing financial and qualitative goals and ensuring the highest customer experience throughout the project.

What do we expect from you:

  • experience in project management;
  • ability to make decisions and take responsibility in stressful situations;
  • result-oriented and high quality of service;
  • good cooperation and negotiation skills;
  • ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • knowledge of engineering building systems and apartment building administration regulations;
  • category B driver's license.

Salary

3200-3500 €/mon. gross
Plus bonuses depending on project results and personal contribution.
