💼 Working conditions
- Search and selection of apartments, houses and other residential premises for accommodation of company employees.
- Conducting negotiations with real estate owners, coordinating lease terms and organizing the conclusion of contracts.
- Constant communication with landlords and resolving current issues.
- Monitoring compliance with lease terms, contract validity periods and their timely extension.
- Managing the database of residential facilities, lease agreements and necessary documentation.
- Keeping records of residents, updating information about employee accommodation and moving out.
- Accounting for furniture, household appliances and other inventory in residential facilities.
- Organizing and conducting periodic housing inventories, checking the condition and quantity of inventory.
- Prompt resolution of organizational issues related to housing rental.
- Cooperation with the coordination department to ensure timely accommodation of employees.
💼 Working conditions
- Salary – €1250–1400 per month in cash (net).
- Full-time, working hours from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Type of work – office / hybrid.
- Work in a team with the coordination department and other departments of the company.
- Work tools provided: laptop, phone and car.

Employee requirements
🎯 Candidate requirements
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and Russian and basic English for communication with landlords and partners.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibility, independence and organization.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously and promptly resolve issues.
- Good computer and office software skills.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian real estate rental market would be an advantage.
- Valid category B driver's license.
- Willingness to go on inspections of residential properties throughout the territory of Lithuania.
