Apartment installation project manager

Work functions

  • Apartment installation management: full coordination of the installation processes of apartments under construction from vision to handover of keys.
  • Working with designers: cooperation in coordinating furniture, electrical, plumbing plans and functional space solutions.
  • Searching for contractors: searching for reliable builders, finishers and other craftsmen, selecting them and coordinating their work.
  • Purchasing: searching for materials, furniture and equipment, negotiating and purchasing the best prices.
  • Contract management: preparing, coordinating and signing contracts with builders, contractors and material suppliers.
  • Quality control: constant supervision of the work performed at the facility, tracking deadlines and final acceptance of the equipped apartments.

Employee requirements

  • Experience: similar work experience (in installation project management, interior design or construction sector).
  • Education: higher or higher education in the fields of construction, real estate, administration or economics.
  • Number management: excellent analytical skills - ability to calculate estimates, plan budgets and effectively manage costs.
  • Computer literacy: fluent work with MS Office programs (especially Excel).
  • Personal qualities: exceptional responsibility, organization and economic approach to emerging problems (we are looking for someone who focuses on solutions, not obstacles).
  • Drawing comprehension (added): ability to read technical and interior design drawings.
  • Negotiation skills (added): ability to find a common language with both suppliers and craftsmen on the construction site.
  • Mobility (added): category B driver's license and own car (for visiting facilities).
